[NOBUGS] NOBUGS2026 - last call for satellite meeting organizers

Dear All,

This is a last call for anyone planning to organize a satellite meeting at NOBUGS2026 and hasn’t reached out yet.

Please get in touch via nobugs2026 at xfel.eu by the end of this week (6.3.26) as we plan to include the satellite meetings in the registration options that will become available soon.

If you’ve already reached out we should be in touch with you and there’s not need to further act upon this email.
