The time line for the next events will be:

- Early june 2022: Registrations and abstract submissions opens
- Abstract submission deadline: August, 26, 2022
- Registration deadline for on site participants: September, 3, 2022
- Registration deadline for online participants: September, 16, 2022
- Conference starts: September, 19, 14:00 local time
