[NOBUGS] New Patch Release of Mantid 2.5.3 May 2013

Hello,

We have released a patch version 2.5.3 of Mantid that resolves a few irritating issues, notably the problem with changing the line colour or connectors in graphs, together with improvements to the script repository and instrument updates to some SNS instruments.

If you catch yourself wondering, why 2.5.3, where was 2.5.1 and 2, then don't, there was no 2.5.1 or 2.5.2, it is down to a technical issue with creating the various installers.
