[NOBUGS] Building McStas 2.0 from source code

Hi all,

Several people have reported issues compiling McStas 2.0 from source code - and I must admit the included documentation is not clear on how to do this!

If you are interested in building the new McStas yourself, please have a look at the front page of the McStas website at http://www.mcstas.org which was just updated with the relevant information.
