[NOBUGS] New Patch Release of Mantid 2.6.1 August 2013

Hello,

We have released a patch version 2.6.1 of Mantid that resolves a few significant issues, notably fixing a threading issue causing problems with the reduction of certain large instruments, a problem when adding SANS event files, improvements to MPI processing, corrections to some instrument geometries and some improvements to EQSANS reduction.
