Hello,

We are pleased to release Mantid v2.6. This major release of Mantid has delivered many improvements to the instrument view and multi-dimensional visualisation as well as a wide range of other improvements and new features. This release also marks the penultimate step of the retirement process for version 1 of the python API<http://www.mantidproject.org/ReleaseNotes_2_6_Framework_Changes#Retirement_of_Mantid_Python_v1>.
