[NOBUGS] Deadline for getting hotel room for the conference - Monday

The conference hotel is warning that they will be releasing the remainder of our room block on Monday, September 20th. This is quite significant since Gatlinburg is quite popular during this time of year because the trees are changing color. If you have not already done so, please follow the directions for reserving a room outlined at <http://neutrons.ornl.gov/conf/nobugs2010/lodging.shtml>.
