Hi everyone,

With this message I announce that the report on NOBUGS 2008 is ready for

link is in the line with NOBUGS 2008. Originally this document was 
meant to be sent to facility managers. However some  doubts have been 
expressed, if this document is suitable to be presented to upper management. 
As you are the ones who work with your managers I leave the decision to 
whom to distribute this document to you.
