<DIV class=cp_content style="MARGIN: 0px">We are currently looking for a Data
Acquisition Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Detector
Specialist you will deliver high performance data acquisition electronics and
software for the neutron beam instruments, through the engineering lifecycle –
design, manufacture, procurement, installation, commissioning and
maintenance.</DIV>
<DIV class=cp_content style="MARGIN: 0px">To be successful in this role you will
have a degree in a relative discipline with extensive experience in developing
real-time data acquisition systems, with experience in design and configuration
of FPGA based hardware, PCI device drivers and histogramming
software.<BR> </DIV>
<DIV class=cp_content style="MARGIN: 0px">Your experience in C and C++
applications using software development methodologies e.g. agile along with your
experience in programmatic control of all types of scientific devices will help
you succeed in this role.<BR> </DIV>
<DIV class=cp_content style="MARGIN: 0px">To be eligible for appointment,
